Best Cookbook
What is the best cookbook for someone who needs to eat healthier, because of stomach problems?
Looking for a good cookbook and healthy. Two relatives have stomach problems (GERD, etc) and now my stomach is starting to act up. I try to eat healthy now, but should reduce food acids.
Any of your favorite cookbooks can be used. Just starting to play with altering the recipes for the removal and replacement of ingredients that you can not have. Most of the "conditions" have websites that contain suggestions and often recipes that will help. Well I checked and, well to put it bluntly that there is little information on recipes and what I saw of what you should avoid, it would not have much of a cookbook. The only thing I see that you may want to try, if not already done is to eat smaller portions more often. As you know what most of the effects that I would try to adjust some of their favorite recipes and see if that helps. Sorry, could not be more helpful.
