Does anyone have a recipe for a chocolate birthday cake, sugar or unhealthy allowed.?
I need a recipe for a birthday cake since it is the birthday of my children first and I give no sugar, chocolate or sweeteners and everyone needs a birthday cake please help.
No refined sugar in this recipe. The sweetness comes from the fruit: Banana Cake * Sugar Free * – 2 / 3 C. banana, mashed – 1 / 2 c. butter, softened – 3 lg. eggs – 3 / 4 cup water – 2 c. unbleached flour – 2 tsp. baking powder – 1 tsp. baking soda – 1 tsp. cinnamon – Optional: 1 c. chopped walnuts or 1 / 2 c. nut chopped 1 / 2 c. fat raisins and flour 9 x 13 inches. Whisk mashed banana and soft butter until creamy. Beat in water. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until very frothy. Beat in the mix. Mix flour powder, baking soda, baking soda and cinnamon. Whisk until smooth. Stir in walnuts or walnuts and raisins, if desired. Spread dough evenly in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cool. Serves 8-10. Here's another fruit as a sweetener use only. This reality has frosting so you can make a birthday cake better. —> * Apple pie without sugar * – 3 eggs – 1 / 4 cup vegetable oil – 1 cup applesauce apple without sugar – 1 cup apple juice concentrate, frozen, thawed – 2 1 / 4 cups flour – 1 teaspoon baking soda – 1 teaspoon ground ginger – 1 1 / 2 cups ground almonds – 2 Macintosh apples – peeled, seeded and finely chopped – 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese – 3 tablespoons unsweetened apple butter – 2 tablespoons frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9-inch square baking pan. Beat eggs until they drop like ribbons from the beaters. Continue beating and add oil in a thread. Beat in the 1 cup applesauce and 1 cup of apple juice concentrate. Beat in the flour gradually until well blended. Add baking soda, ground ginger, ground almonds and apples, mix to combine. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 40 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool the cake on a rack for 15 minutes before turning off the pot. Cool completely before freezing. Carefully cut the cake in half horizontally with a long serrated knife. Fill and frost with Apple Butter Frosting. To Make Apple Butter Frosting: Beat the cheese cream until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the apple butter and remaining 2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate.
